1. Priroda usluge

Ares Player je softverska aplikacija koja omogućava reprodukciju multimedijalnog sadržaja sa izvora koje obezbeđuje korisnik.

Ziria Digital:

ne obezbeđuje TV kanale
ne pruža VOD biblioteku
ne garantuje dostupnost ili legalnost bilo kog sadržaja koji korisnik učita u aplikaciju

Pretplata koju korisnik plaća odnosi se isključivo na korišćenje aplikacije i tehničku podršku.

Određeni multimedijalni sadržaji mogu biti dostupni putem aplikacije od strane trećih lica – nezavisnih pružalaca sadržaja, koji su isključivo odgovorni za zakonitost i autorska prava tog sadržaja.

2. Odgovornost korisnika za sadržaj

Korisnik je isključivo odgovoran za:

izvore sadržaja koje koristi u aplikaciji
poštovanje autorskih i srodnih prava
poštovanje lokalnih zakona zemlje u kojoj živi

Ako korisnik koristi nelegalne liste ili sadržaj, to je isključivo odgovornost korisnika, a ne Ziria Digital.

3. Korišćenje aplikacije

Korisniku se daje ograničena, lična i neprenosiva licenca da koristi Ares Player na sopstvenim uređajima, u skladu sa ovim Uslovima korišćenja.

Zabranjeno je:

dekompajliranje, modifikovanje i neovlašćeno kopiranje aplikacije
deljenje, prodaja ili ustupanje naloga trećim licima bez saglasnosti Ziria Digital
korišćenje aplikacije za sistematsku pirateriju ili povredu tuđih prava

4. Prekid i ograničenje usluge

Ziria Digital može privremeno ili trajno onemogućiti nalog:

ako korisnik krši ove Uslove korišćenja
ako postoji sumnja u zloupotrebu, prevaru ili ugrožavanje sistema
ako to zahtevaju nadležni organi

U tim slučajevima uplaćena pretplata se ne vraća, osim ako važeći zakon ne nalaže drugačije.

5. Odricanje od odgovornosti

Aplikacija Ares Player se pruža u stanju „u viđenom stanju“ („as is“). Ziria Digital ne garantuje:

da će aplikacija raditi bez prekida
da će svi formati sadržaja uvek raditi
da će sadržaj koji korisnik koristi biti legalan, dostupan ili ispravan

Ziria Digital održava aplikaciju, ali ne i sadržaj koji korisnik reprodukuje.

6. Izmene uslova

Ziria Digital može povremeno menjati ove Uslove korišćenja. Ažurirana verzija biće dostupna na ovoj stranici, a nastavkom korišćenja aplikacije smatra se da korisnik prihvata izmene.

7. Nadležno pravo

Na ove Uslove korišćenja primenjuje se pravo Republike Srbije. Za eventualne sporove nadležan je sud prema sedištu Ziria Digital, osim ako obavezni propisi ne nalažu drugačije.

8. Prihvatanje uslova

Instaliranjem, aktiviranjem ili korišćenjem aplikacije Ares Player, korisnik potvrđuje da je pročitao, razumeo i prihvatio Politiku privatnosti i ove Uslove korišćenja.

1. Nature of the service

Ares Player is a software application that allows playback of multimedia content from sources provided by the user.

Ziria Digital:

does not provide TV channels
does not provide a VOD library
does not guarantee the availability or legality of any content loaded by the user into the app

The subscription that the user pays refers solely to the use of the application and technical support.

Certain multimedia content may be available through the application from third parties – independent content providers, who are solely responsible for the legality and copyrights of such content.

2. User responsibility for content

The user is solely responsible for:

the sources of content used in the application
compliance with copyright and related rights
compliance with the local laws of the country in which they reside

If the user accesses or uses illegal playlists or content, this is the user's sole responsibility and not the responsibility of Ziria Digital.

3. Use of the application

The user is granted a limited, personal and non-transferable license to use Ares Player on their own devices, in accordance with these Terms of Use.

It is strictly prohibited to:

decompile, modify or copy the application without authorization
share, sell or transfer the account to third parties without the consent of Ziria Digital
use the application for systematic piracy or violation of third-party rights

4. Suspension and limitation of service

Ziria Digital may temporarily or permanently disable a user account in the following cases:

if the user violates these Terms of Use
if there is suspicion of abuse, fraud or endangering the system
if required by competent authorities

In such cases, the paid subscription is not refunded, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

5. Disclaimer

The Ares Player application is provided on an “as is” basis. Ziria Digital does not guarantee:

that the application will operate without interruption
that all content formats will always be supported
that the content used by the user will be legal, available or correct

Ziria Digital maintains the application, but not the content that the user plays.

6. Changes to the Terms

Ziria Digital may change these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be available on this page, and by continuing to use the application, the user is deemed to accept such changes.

7. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the registered seat of Ziria Digital, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

8. Acceptance of the Terms

By installing, activating or using the Ares Player application, the user confirms that they have read, understood and accepted this Privacy Policy and these Terms of Use.
